Audio Samples

Ok, Any of you that have visited my site before have probably noticed that my audio samples have said "Coming Soon" since around 2001. So, I apologize for that.

The problem is that I sold my first generation machine before I ever sampled it. I had every intention of borrowing it from the new owner, but never got around to it. Then I started building the generation 2 machine. I had WAY!! too many features in mind and things got overly complicated... I intended to have CV control of every parameter, a stereo mixer, effects sends, velocity control, etc. I took on a few too many ideas and it was a beast to work on... so I dismantled it and started over.

I'm currently building the third generation of DR-110s, and have successfully prototyped all of the features I'm retaining from generation 2. It works nicely, but it currently has a jumble of boards connected with alligator clips. I'm in the process of wiring the final faceplate and cleaning things up a bit, and then I will FINALLY have some samples online. I promise.

So, for the moment, I need to maintain my stance: Audio samples are coming soon. But I'm keeping generation 3 for myself, so there should be no problems this time. I need to order some parts before continuing, but you should still expect to see samples by mid-summer.
